ABOUT THE JOB

As a Sales Consultant for our label Elevation Partners, you’ll work as an intermediary between companies and professionals in your own IT specialty.
Within the booming tech market you will be responsible for building a valuable network. You’ll create collaborations with leading companies such as BMW, ASML and Rabobank, and connect with IT professionals in the highest segment.
In this 360' role you are responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from winning recruitment assignments and successfully placing candidates with your clients.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the entire commercial process: establishing/developing customer relationships, (online) customer visits, drafting propositions;
• Negotiate with clients on terms of cooperation;
• Weekly reporting on own targets;
• Taking care of the recruitment process; building up a candidate pool of IT professionals, selecting candidates and matching them with clients;
• Facilitating processes and managing candidates;
• Evaluating placements with candidate and client;
• Analyzing developments in the market and technological developments within your specialty;
