As an Account Manager for our secondment label The.NextGen, you will work together with motivated colleagues with the same goal: acquiring the most challenging assignments for our IT professionals at the top 100 IT companies in the Netherlands. ABOUT THE JOB
As an Account Manager for our secondment label The.NextGen, you will manage existing and actively seek new client relationships within your own IT business unit. In the role you will manage a portfolio of clients and ensure the placement of IT Professionals (NextGenners). You have a pivotal role between the client, internal corporate recruitment and field management in order to place and keep as many NextGenners employed as possible.
In addition, you will be responsible for:
• Visiting clients with active assignments to ensure progress and satisfaction for both the client and the NextGenner, and seek potential for new assignment opportunities;
• Negotiate the terms of a partnership with clients, secure contractual agreements and manage existing contracts;
• Passing on commercial opportunities to other teams within Elevation Group to achieve cross- selling;

As an Account Manager, you are the leading strength in building long-term partnerships with leading companies in The Netherlands. You are an expert in relationship management and excel at anticipating the various client needs. You are eager to learn about developments in the IT market and actively think along to implement them at your clients. You thrive in a dynamic work environment and are effectively networking to realize more commercial opportunities.
Furthermore, you bring the following:
• (Almost obtained a) Bachelor or Master’s degree;
• Native Dutch language skills;
• High social intelligence in communication;
• Excellent assertive skills;
• Proven ability to continue to perform effectively under pressure.
