In the Young Executive program you fulfill challenging assignments and you also follow the extensive Management Development program with training in soft and hard skills, intervision and coaching.

You can go straight into the deep end with us. We immediately entrust you with challenging assignments that give you a large degree of independence. You make the difference in this. Together with your client you come up with solutions and ways to realize them. So what you come up with, you also implement yourself.

Each assignment ties into one of our Solutions and falls into one of these four work areas:

• Project management
• Process management
• Interim management
• Advice

In your final phase as a Young Executive, we work together towards your next career step, for example as a Manager at Boer & Croon!
