Next Level program

Year 1: growing professionally & personally
As a Supply Chain & Operations professional, you obtain your Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. As a Business IT professional, you dive into Integrated Process Improvement & IT implementation. 

Every month you have a Next Level training day at one of our training locations. One time we focus on Lean. The other time on personal professional development (PPD). Throughout the entire program, you are intensively guided by your talent coach. In addition, you participate in the online intervision sessions.

During PPD you get to know yourself even better. You gain insight, among other things, into your talents and how to use them effectively, how communication works and insight into your thinking patterns, how to deal with resistance, how to implement your improvement idea, how to increase your resilience. You gain insight into your behavior, your collaboration and how you make impact.

Year 2: Deepening in (personal) leadership & taking ownership
In the second year, the focus shifts to deepening your (personal) leadership and taking ownership. Themes such as constructive feedback, team dynamics, advising & influencing, change management and steering on impact are addressed. This year you have five substantive training days, intensive one-on-one coaching from your talent coach and two intervision sessions.

Interim or secondment

You choose the form of secondment that suits you. As an interim professional, you are employed by NextGen and work on temporary projects at various organizations. This way, you quickly discover which role, sector or environment suits you best. Do you apply through us for a vacancy with a client? Then you will join this organization via NextGen, according to their employment conditions as a detavast professional. You work full-time for the client; we support you through the Next Level program.

And because we have confidence in your talent, you receive a permanent contract with us from the start.
